The new EMC7586V convection grill microwave oven from SANYO

(Sydney) August 11, 2008 – SANYO, one of the world’s leading consumer electronics companies, today announced the launch of the stainless steel EMC7586V convection grill microwave oven, a multi-purpose cooking appliance for the busy cook.

The SANYO EMC7586V is an all-in-one cooking tool which allows users to set different combination cooking settings including microwave, convection and grill, making it ideal for heating a variety of foods and cooking for large families.

Featuring five power levels, the SANYO EMC7586V gives users variety and control when heating their favourite meals, and with high speed combination cooking users can alternate between convection and microwave cooking to cook meals quickly.

The SANYO EMC7586V further reduces combination cooking time with a high 1000 watt microwave power, while the 1100 watt grill power is suitable for heating thinly sliced foods such as sandwiches, steaks, chicken and sausages.

In addition, 10 convection cooking temperature choices, ranging between 140ºC-230ºC, allow users to brown and crisp food quickly and evenly. The EMC7586V also features one, two and three stage cooking for programming of up to three automatic cooking sequences including combinations of defrost, microwave cooking, grilling and convection cooking.

Cooking times can also be delayed for up to 60 mins with the delay start function, enabling busy cooks to pre-plan meals and enabling automatic cooking while away from the kitchen for short periods of time. The EMC7586V also features automatic reheat and defrost to ensure that food is evenly and safely heated or defrosted.

The SANYO EMC7586V also includes a child safety lock so children are unable to operate the oven unsupervised, whilst 10 direct access menus allow users the added convenience of quickly and easily cooking or reheating meals without entering a specific cooking time or power level.
